Oh what a glorious friday.
Today I have eaten
carrots, celery, morningstar farms corn dogs, a sesame bagel with 1 tbsp of light cream cheese, some funyuns.. black coffee, water, tea, applesauce.
Dang. I’m hungry!
Just cut up a ton of carrots and celery for the weekend and I’m cooking some rice and beans. Don’t need to eat out this weekend nope.
I did a VO2 max test today and tested 40 ml/kg/min. This is apparently pretty excellent for my age group. I’d like to increase that though..
And my heart thinks it’s 23 years old!! woohoo!
That much be where I get it from
Class tonight and all weekend during the day… I hope to find something wholesome and happy to fill my evenings besides reading alone. Even though I love to read…
(edited to mention that I did read all weekend.. in the evenings after class)
Say hello. Say hello. Say hello.
I got little monsters inside me- and they like to yell!! The only problem is, I’m the only one who can hear them.

Howdy- I am considering sharing my personal, financial situation with the world. I could be just judging from my own experience here- but it seems kind of taboo to talk about debt- but our country is billions/trillions of dollars in debt!!
So I am thinking it may be time to get personal and start discussing this thing. In my opinion, it may make my blog more interesting and dynamic.
Maybe other people out there talk about money on a more real level than I’ve had experience with. I do know one thing for sure- I had to change the way I was spending and my whole mentality on it.
I was very materialistic. Living outside of my means, living beyond my needs. I wasn’t listening to what I truly needed and then having credit cards- I was buying what I WANTED.
I know this is common sense to a lot of people, but to some people it’s not. I think my journey through what it took to get me into debt and how I am getting out of it and changing my mindset could make for some good reading material.
Eh?
 Treat your money with respect!

Sweeeeet. This combined with the other program I am in puts me at 13K with a 1k total investment on my part so far! WOW!
I CAN NOT WAIT! to go to SCORE next week to work on my target market and get my business plan out the way. The best thing about 2009 is that things I have talked about for years are actually happening.
It feels good

I stay at home with my nieces two days a week. (BECAUSE DAYCARE SUCKS!).
I hope it doesn’t suck, but it doesn’t get much cooler than aunt Shannon- so we will just leave it at that.
Kamryn loves to take photos on my webcam, I have like 40 of them on here. She’s a fun little girl- with a great vocabulary.
I like to think I have a part in that. Me and my reading 6 books at any given time thing….
Anyways, here we are today. I’m hungover and not getting off the couch- but I got my laptop so I am getting shit done- DON’T YOU WORRY!

Not feeling super inspired at the moment. Perhaps if I excuse myself for a minute to use the toilet…
alright- and a clif bar. My bladder is empty and I’m snackin on some goodness. Now I can think. Wait hold on— Pandora radio. alright we are in business.
Going to hem of jeans and make some scrunchies at the office. I like to sew for dollars. and write blogs on the phone. So i”ll just excuse myself permanently from this session and come back and edit this later.
I woke up today for a day full of clothing repair at the ebay company- (this is called sewing for dollars), dreamweaver class and :
” Why is it that so often, Shannon, those who are extremely successful in virtually everything they do are so unable to see that this is the case?
Yeah, you might not be the right person to ask.
I love dragonflies -

kam and shan- you don't know...
This weekend was pretty productive. I still have some things to do. I did some freehand embroidery- cutting out a floral print from polyester and satin stitching the details with a 2.5 mm stitch. I stitched it onto felt on top of cutaway stabilizer. I really love freehand embroidery. And I’m pretty great at it.
That was the majority of friday morning. Then went to a GIS workshop- learned about maps and spatial thinking….
That involved most of saturday through the early evening. Then a nice drive home, and I watched the Alice in Wonderland from 1999 *whoopi goldberg as the chesire cat..) then sleep.
On the way Mile Hi this morning, Maggie called me and told me she was having trouble with her machine. After we talked about compassion… I headed to their house. It was fabulous. I got to see my homie Christian.
We rocked out on his laptop. He is 4 and knows what almost all the letters in the alphabet look and sound like.
Take responsibility for educating your children… what a concept! weee!!
Anyways, A nice afternoon of intuition validation and some frisbee in the park put me here in front of my computer- ready to rock on time management. I can do this.
To the next step in a personal growth experience that is much larger than my own self.
And a note- to myself perhaps: Remember not to pick up strays as you climb up out of the wreckage. You don’t want to be dragging none of that around later. UHHH HUH.

Its what I like to do.
Random projects for people- keeps the cash flowing.
And speaking of flow. Word flow in a positive direction.
Not to make myself vulnerable- to have fun.
Word flow to grow.
As we grow we glow. As I grow, I glow.
I have a lot of work to do. I have to keep sewing for money for the next couple weeks and get through this financial hiccup.
Then I anticipate some changes.
Talent agents, movie production, website orders, video cameras, teamwork, organization..
Shannon is taking action

If my car is a simile for my life…. then I am getting gentle warnings.
There are 7 areas of life:
Financial
Career/Business
Free time/family time
Health/appearance
Relationships
Personal
Community
Is there something I am not acknowledging? I am getting alerted to something?
Obviously….
What is it?
What is it?
I am being honest, I am opening up to possibility, I am present.
I honestly don’t even want to drive anymore.
I want to live somewhere with my 1973 super beetle that I barely ever have to drive. I want to use public transportation .
