How do you think this person would best fit with the theme of TEDxMileHigh 2012: Risk & Reward?
Risk & Reward: I walked away from everything comfortable because it didn’t feel in line with my purpose and I was tired of getting the same results over and over again. I took a risk by finally listening to the voice inside which was different than anything I had done in the past. It was also risky to learn to trust that voice after so long of trying to silence it and through that process I learned about my self and my purpose through self-awareness and intuition. Then the reward has been discovering my purpose, stepping into abundance, having a healthy mindset, winning relationships, getting to do what I love each day!

Shannon is a great example of how a person can move beyond their past mistakes and disappointments into a life of service, contribution, and gratitude. I had the pleasure of being her partner for a project that we performed with Klemmer and Associates, a leadership and character developement company. Shannon was able to step into the project with an open mind with the purpose of serving as many people as she could, and as a result, we were able to serve more people than we thought possible.
